What is collected

Contact form and inland-waterway form: the information you enter (identity, contact details, description of your need, vessel characteristics).

Site assistant: the question you ask, the language and the page you ask it from, plus your email address if you choose to leave it to be contacted back. No identifying data is required.

Why

To answer your request and prepare an intervention proposal (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

To understand the questions actually asked, in order to improve the site’s answers (legitimate interest).

For how long

Intervention requests: three years from the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention applies once a mission has started.

Questions asked to the assistant: twelve months.

Who has access

OCMEF only. Messages transit through the email provider Resend, acting as a processor. No data is sold or transferred.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@ocmef.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Technical

Fonts and the globe texture are hosted on this site: your browser sends no request to a third-party server to display them.

Only one item is stored by your browser: your language preference if you dismiss the language banner. It does not identify you and is never transmitted.
